Doorways Upon Doorways
The past can be a dark place unless illuminated by understanding rememberance. We do tend to romanticise the past
somewhat and the reality of that past is never quite as we think we remembered it. The light and the dark, there are
those facets to everything, and in between, the grey areas, for surely there are those too. In this episode of our chronicles
of Albion, we take a look at the darker side and what people perceive to be the darker side, but what really turns out
to be something a little bit different. We'll look at what is different as well, and how others have seen through their
visions of Albion. We've touched on the comics of childhood elsewhere in our histories, here we'll look at them in a bit more
detail, and, take a look at a new series of graphic novels, based on several comic book heroes from the pasts of those of
us of a certain age. Albionchronicles is going to add to that list. Massive thanks go out to Leah Moore, John Reppion, and...Alan
Moore, for the inspiration, and of course the usual gang of suspects will be along for the ride, providing the musical accompaniment....We're
off!
